Terms of Service

PLACEHOLDER — this is a demonstration terms of service for Siidde on a test dataset. It has no legal effect and is not a template. Siidde should replace this entirely with wording from its own solicitor before the storefront goes live.

Booking a session

A booking is confirmed when payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. Sessions are kept small, so please arrive on time — arriving late does not extend your session.

Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or move a booking up to 12 hours before it starts. Inside 12 hours the session is charged in full.

We may cancel a session for safety, maintenance, water quality or weather. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Conduct on site

Swimwear is required in the sauna and the cold plunge. Alcohol and recreational drugs are not permitted on site. We may end a session without refund where someone is putting themselves or others at risk.

Health

You are responsible for deciding whether heat and cold-water exposure is safe for you. The health waiver sets out the risks and must be accepted before your first session. You must be over eighteen to book.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
