Who we are

Siidde operates the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge site at Roby Mill, Skelmersdale, and is the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account. Booking history for the Roby Mill site. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

If you complete a health declaration, we hold your answers for as long as your account is open.

Why we hold it

To take and confirm bookings, to contact you when a session changes, and to meet the record-keeping duties that come with running a public facility.

Who we share it with

Our payment processor, our booking platform provider, and nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

Booking records for six years, which is what tax law requires. Marketing preferences until you withdraw them. Everything else is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@siidde.com and we will respond within one month.
