Cancellation & Refunds

PLACEHOLDER — this is a demonstration cancellation & refunds policy for Siidde on a test dataset. It has no legal effect and is not a template. Siidde should replace this entirely with wording from its own solicitor before the storefront goes live.

Cancelling a session

Cancel your booking any time up to 12 hours before the session starts, and the refund is automatic — back to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.

Inside twelve hours

The session is charged in full. Sessions are capped at a small group size, so a place given up late is usually a place nobody else can take.

When we cancel

Stove faults, water quality issues and bad weather all happen occasionally. If we cancel, you are refunded in full regardless of notice, and we will offer you the next available slot first.

Session packs

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that they run for twelve months and are not refundable, but they never expire early.
